Its official! Baby Reid Rylan is here! We are so excited to be home and enjoying our time together. He was born on Wed., the 25th at 6:31. He weighed 7 lbs and 9 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. Thanks to a crash course on hypnobirthing, the delivery went really well. I don't think Brian believed I was in labor until I begged to go to the hospital in the afternoon. After a long ride in the car, we found out that I was already at 8-9 cm. (hence the screaming for him to hurry in the car). A few pushes later and we couldn't believe that he was here!
He is quite mellow --we didn't hear him cry until he was 3 days old. His looks are definitely more like his dad --lots of black hair, darker eyes and he has brian's chin.
Hailey is doing amazing with him! She kisses him and talks to him and likes to come check on him --she is so sweet and has done so well adjusting to all of the changes lately.
